Soulful Sounds Sound & Gong Bath 4 Sessions

Join us for a blissful sound journey focused on activation, deep relaxation and connection to self.

When your brain hears the soothing sounds it harmonises with the frequencies played activating entrainment, bringing you into balance slowing down the brainwaves, heart rate and breathing.

During this relaxed state the load is removed from your nervous system and the body is placed in Homeostasis a self-regulating state where our body is the most acceptive to healing.

Sound Bath’s also activating the parasympathetic system allowing our body to be in deep state of relaxation enabling healing, recover and regeneration.

The body and mind will be in completely stillness, allowing the frequency and vibrations of the sounds to be absorbed into the body, releasing old stagnant energies blockages healing and repairing ins deep level.

Many instruments is used during the session Gongs, Crystal /Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tuning Folks, Solfeggio / and Kochi Chimes, Kalimba Ocean Drums, Rain Sticks, harmonising & balancing body mind soul improving health and wellbeing.

We are offering 2 permanent Sound Bath Session Weekly , and on the first weekend of each month.

8 people max each session.

Discount pass available for those who want to attend more than one Session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be fully refunded, or rescheduled, cancelations made less than 24 hours will be available for reschedule to another session, or refunded less a cancellation fee of $10.

NO show will incur the full session fee.
